Day 1: Arrival in Aswan - Start of the Cruise

Experience Egyptian hospitality as we will have our representative greet you upon arrival in Aswan Airport or Train Station. Then you will be transferred by a private air-conditioned vehicle to the MS Sabena Al Kahila Cruise to complete embarkation before lunch. Join your tour guide for a tour to visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae with dinner and overnight stay onboard in Aswan.

Day 2: Day Tour from Kom Ombo to Edfu - Famous Nile Towns

After finishing breakfast on board, sail to the city of Kom Ombo to visit the famous Temple there. This temple is shared by two gods Sobek and Haroeris. Have lunch onboard then, sail to the city of Edfu to visit Horus temple. Have tea in the afternoon as you sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on your Nile cruise ship.

Day 3: Luxor Tour - The Ancient City of Thebes

Enjoy a delicious and hefty breakfast on board as you sail to the ancient city of Thebes, now known to the world as Luxor. This is also the site known as the world’s largest open air museum. When you arrive, you will be first visiting the East Bank to see the attractions there such as the Karnak and Luxor Temples. You will be transferred back to the Nile cruise ship for afternoon tea and dinner on board with overnight aboard the MS Sabena Al Kahila Nile Cruise in Luxor

Day 4: End of Tour and See the Rest of Luxor

After your breakfast, you will have to complete disembarkation. After which you can visit the Western part of the Nile River in Luxor the location of The Valley of Kings & Queens this valley was the site where the treasures and Tutankhamen’s grave was discovered. Also get to visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir EL Bahari and the Colossi Memnon. After the tour enjoy some personal time for shopping and enjoyment. This western side of the Nile is famous for attractions such as the Valley of the Kings which is a massive necropolis for the ancient pharaohs, Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir EL Bahari and the Colossi Memnon. Day 3: The Sites in Edfu and Kom Ombo - The Amazing Temples along the Nile River

Edfu is practically halfway to Aswan, and is mostly known because of the famous temple that is on this city. After the tour return to ship for lunch while you cruise towards Kom Ombo the site of the temple shared by Sobek and Haroeris. Continue sailing to Aswan where you will spend the night and have dinner.

Day 2: See the East Bank of Luxor

There are no shortages of sights to see in Luxor. This day will be dedicated to see the sights along the Nile River’s east bank. The Karnak and Luxor Temples are located at this part of Luxor. The main god of the city was Amun, who was worshiped together with his wife, the Goddess Mut, and their son Khonsu. After enjoying the sights in Luxor sail upstream to Esna where you will be spending the night.

Day 3: Enjoying Edfu

Dedicated to Horus, the falcon headed god, it was built during the reigns of six Ptolemies, the Horus Temple found in Edfu is not only the best preserved ancient temple in Egypt, but also the second largest after Karnak. It was believed that the temple was built on the site of the great battle between Horus and Seth. Sail to Edfu early and upon arrival at Edfu, you will be accompanied by your knowledgeable guide to visit this interesting temple. After the grand tour sail to Kom Ombo where you will be having dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 4: The Amazing Aswan Sights

Aswan is the location of Egypt’s most famous High Dam, which provide most of the energy for the ever growing Egyptian cities. From there enjoy other sites such as the Unfinished Obelisk and the Philae temple. Then you can also visit the Botanical garden by Felucca. Your over night stay will be on board the Nile cruise ship in the city of Aswan.

Day 5: Optional Tour to Abu Simbel

Abu Simbel is the location of two temples The Great Temple of Ramses II and the Temple of Hathor/Nefertari . In the morning of this day take a chance to see the ruins of this temple in Abu Simbel. As afternoon approaches you can have optional visit to the botanical Garden by Felucca. The evening meals as well as overnight accommodation will be onboard the River Cruise.

Day 6: Tour of Kom Ombo

In ancient Egypt, the city was important to the caravan routes from Nubia and various gold mines. The major attraction in Kom Ombo is the Temple of Kom Ombo, located on a hill west of the village. Day 7: Luxor Tours
